UNEXPIRED TERM FULFILLMENT

Vacancies in the membership of the School Committee shall be filled within 30 days by a legally qualified person appointed by a unanimous vote of the remaining members of the Committee. The person thus selected shall serve until the next succeeding election of the town, when such office shall be filled for the unexpired portion of the term.
